  • hearts - 700 g
Cooking:
  1. It is better to cook in a deep pan with hot vegetable oil. In such a prepared container lay out hearts, pepper and salt. On an intense fire, fry for about 3 minutes.
  2. Then do the fire less and fry another 15 minutes.
