What to bake from kefir quickly and tasty

Kefir - one of those dairy products, which is always in the fridge of any hostess. Taking it as a basis, you can whip up a different snack at home. Meals with kefir are traditional for Slavic peoples, so I will consider the secrets and nuances of such dishes.


  • Egg - 3 pcs.
  • Kefir - 1 cup.
  • Sugar - 1 cup.
  • Butter - 100 g.
  • Wheat flour - 2 glasses.
  • Baking Powder - 2 tsp.
  • Vanillin - 1 tsp.
How to cook:
  1. Beat eggs with sugar until foaming, add vanillin. Slowly pour kefir into the resulting thick mass, add butter (first melt in the microwave), mix everything.
  2. Slowly, in small portions, stir in the flour, before combining with the baking powder. It should be a liquid, but homogeneous dough.
  3. Pour the dough in a mold smeared with sunflower oil. The oven is heated to 180 degrees.
  4. Bake for about 50 minutes. Readiness to check with a toothpick or wooden stick.

When the cupcake is ready, pull it out of the oven and cool it down. When baking reaches room temperature, remove from the mold.


  • Kefir - 250 ml.
  • Wheat flour - 3.5 cups.
  • Egg - 2 pcs.
  • Baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. l
  • Salt - ¼ tsp.

Combine kefir, eggs, sugar, soda and butter in a bowl.

In the resulting mass slowly stir the flour. It is best to do gradually, in a glass, stirring with a spoon. The finished dough should not stick to your hands, however, you cannot “overdo it” with flour, otherwise it will become hard, inelastic, and the cakes will not turn out to be lush.

As soon as the dough is ready, proceed to the preparation of the filling: meat, potato, with egg and onion.


  • Kefir - 1 cup.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp. l
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l ...
  • Salt - ½ tsp.
  • Soda - ½ tsp.
  • Wheat flour - 3 cups.
  • Vanilla sugar - to taste.
  1. Mix the egg with sugar and vanilla, then add salt.
  2. In the resulting mixture, add the fermented milk products and butter. At the end add soda.
  3. Mix almost ready dough into a homogeneous mass. Sifted flour, slowly stirring, pour into the resulting egg mass.
  4. Cover the dough and set it up in a warm dark place.
  5. After 20 minutes, divide into two equal parts, roll out in the form of rectangles. Cut the resulting sheets into smaller rectangles. Cut each piece in the middle and unscrew one half through the hole in the opposite direction.
  6. On a hot skillet fry the resulting twigs on both sides. Before serving, it is best to sprinkle baked icing sugar.


  • Wheat flour - 800 grams.
  • Kefir - 1 liter.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. l
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Soda - 1 tsp.
  1. Pour kefir into a large bowl, add sugar, salt and soda. The resulting mass is thoroughly knead, and gradually pour the previously sifted flour.
  2. If the dough sticks to your hands a little, sprinkle it lightly with flour, but you should not be zealous, otherwise it will turn out like rubber.
  3. Divide the dough into approximately equal balls and roll out, but not too much. The thickness should be about three to four millimeters.
  4. On the heated pan lay out the resulting buns, and fry on both sides until a golden blush.

Serve hot with honey, jam and warm milk!

What to bake from sour kefir


  • Kefir - 1 liter.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. l
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Soda - pinch.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l
  • Flour - 5 glasses.
  • Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.

All ingredients, except the oil, mix until smooth, and only then add it. The dough should turn out a little thicker than for pancakes.


  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Kefir - 7 tbsp. l
  • Sugar - 0.5 cup.
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup.
  • Soda - 1 tbsp. l

The listed ingredients mix in a deep bowl. From the presented amount of products, three medium-sized cakes are obtained. For the filling, you can use jam, jam, boiled condensed milk or any cream.

Delicious kefir pastries in the pan


  • Wheat flour - 400 grams.
  • Kefir - 1 cup.
  • Soda - 1 tsp.
  • Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l
  • Sugar - to taste.

First combine the kefir and butter. Stir in the flour gradually. The result should be a soft and elastic dough, from which it is easy to make cookies of any shape.

Khychyny with cheese and herbs

  • Kefir - 200 ml.
  • Flour - 2.5 cups.
  • Soda - 0.5 tsp.
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Cheese - 250 g
  • Greens - a bunch.

Make the dough on technology as for ravioli. Then let it stand in a warm and dark place. You can make any filling, but it is especially good with cheese and greens.
