- Tomatoes - 2.5 kg,

- Onions - 750 g,
- Rice - 1 cup,
- Vegetable oil - 1 cup,
- 9% vinegar - 100 ml,
- Salt - 2 large spoons,
- Sugar - 5 tablespoons.
- Carefully wash the vegetables. Cut eggplant into medium sized pieces. Add to the pan 65 grams of vegetable oil. Spread eggplant.
- I preheat the oven to 200 degrees. I remove vegetables to cook until a characteristic crisp crust.
