Mannik - a classic recipe

If you are no longer able to surprise the household with traditional desserts, cook a classic manna. This type of baking is easy to prepare and does not include the use of abstruse ingredients.

To begin, consider the classic mannica recipe, and later - the original and delicious techniques of creating a culinary masterpiece.

Ingredients:
  • Semolina - 1 glass.
  • Sugar - 1 cup.
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Milk ingredient - 1 cup.
  • Flour - 1.5 cups.
  • Butter - 100 g.
  • Soda - 1 spoon.
Cooking:
  1. First of all, soak the semolina in any fermented milk product. Suit sour cream, kefir or sour milk. In a separate container, beat the sugar with the eggs until the grains are completely dissolved. After the egg mixture, combine with semolina, melted butter and soda.
  2. Beat the mixture with a mixer, gradually add flour. If you use thick sour cream, I recommend reducing the amount of flour, otherwise you will get thick dough.
  3. Grease the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with semolina, paying attention to the walls and bottom. Pour the dough into a form, spread it evenly and send it to the oven heated to 190 degrees. After 40 minutes, get the cake, wait until it cools, gently remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

As you can see, the classic manna is preparing elementary. Even if uninvited guests descend, you will quickly prepare a wonderful cake and serve it along with tea.

How to cook manna on sour cream

Many people drink tea with pastries, and manna on sour cream is ideal for this purpose. I propose a recipe, thanks to which you will be able to please your family with a wonderful cake. The culinary masterpiece has a divine taste and excellent flavor, thanks to which it competes even with New Year's cakes.

Ingredients:
  • Sugar - 1 cup.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Semolina - 1 glass.
  • Sour cream - 250 ml.
  • Flour - 1 cup.
  • Soda - 0.5 teaspoon.
Cooking:
  1. In the bowl, break the eggs, add sugar and whisk well with a mixer. As a result, a foam should appear on the surface of the sugar-egg mixture.
  2. In a separate container, mix the sour cream with semolina, mix and set aside for half an hour. This time is enough to seethe semolina.
  3. The next step in the preparation of manna is to combine the mixtures. Mix them so as to form a homogeneous mass. Then add flour and soda to the dough. You can use another baking powder. The main thing is that the structure of mannica turned porous.
  4. Grease a baking pan or a non-stick griddle. Pour the dough into the selected dish. It remains to send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. After 40 minutes, remove and cover with a towel. After 15 minutes, serve the cake to the table in portions.

If desired, diversify the mannica recipe. To do this, add a little chopped nuts or raisins to the dough. The finished cake does not hurt to cover with a layer of icing or sprinkle with powder. And if you lay out the pieces of apples on the bottom of the form before the dough, you get an unusual charlotte.

Mannic on milk - a delicious recipe

A delicious manna with milk has many advantages. It is easy to prepare, has a unique taste and delicate structure. Dessert can be safely included in the child's diet, which is not the case with other tasty cakes and pies, because fatty cream is food that is difficult for the children's digestive system.

Taste culinary masterpiece can be manipulated using chocolate, pumpkin, dried fruits, berries and other additives. There are no restrictions in terms of decoration. For this purpose, suitable and jam, and icing sugar.

Ingredients:
  • Semolina - 1 glass.
  • Milk - 300 ml.
  • Flour - 1 cup.
  • Sugar - 1 cup.
  • Sour cream - 3 spoons.
  • Margarine - 2 spoons.

  • Salt.
Cooking:

  2. The dishes in which you plan to bake, brush with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Pour the dough into the container, spread it over the surface and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
  3. I keep the manna in the oven for 40 minutes, the time depends on the thickness of the cake. The first sign of readiness is the appearance of a beautiful shade.
  4. Remove the ready-made dessert from the oven, sprinkle with coconut shavings and cocoa powder. When the dish has cooled, remove and immediately serve to the table with cranberry juice or another drink.

I do not know what home baking is made so easy. To get the result you need a little patience and time.

How to make a manna on kefir in the oven

I make this wonderful dessert in the oven, although the slow cooker is suitable for this purpose. In any case, the result is amazing. If kefir is not at hand, replace with homemade yogurt, yogurt or a mixture of milk and sour cream. Remember, without a fermented milk product will not work, but thanks to sour cream and milk, the cake becomes soft and elastic.

Ingredients:
  • Semolina - 1 glass.
  • Flour - 1 cup.
  • Sugar - 1 cup.
  • Kefir - 1 cup.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil - 1 spoon.
  • Baking Powder - 10 g.
  • Vanillin.
Cooking:
  1. Manka add to kefir and mix. To swell the croup, leave for an hour at room temperature. I advise you to do the procedure in the evening and keep the mixture in the refrigerator until the morning.
  2. Combine sugar with vanilla and eggs in a separate container. Whisk everything in any convenient way. As a result, the mass will increase in volume and become fluffy.
  3. Combine egg mass with semolina and mix. Add flour, baking powder to the dough and mix. The main thing is that there are no lumps in the test.
  4. Treat the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with semolina. Put the dough in the form and spread it out with a wooden spatula.
  5. I recommend to bake in the oven at 180 degrees 40 minutes. Then take the form with manna and wait a bit to make the cake cool. At least pour melted chocolate or powder with powder.

I often cook a cake on the basis of semolina, and there have not yet been cases when the life of a masterpiece exceeds the time of the meal. Usually fragments of fragrant mannik instantly disappear from the table. As for drinks, manna is combined with tea, coffee, cocoa, compotes, natural juices and nectars.
