  5. I pour in water and sour cream, salt, pepper and sprinkle with spices. Mix well.
  6. I set the extinguishing mode and leave to prepare for one hour. Before the end of cooking, add bay leaf and greens.

Beef Stroganoff in the oven

  • mustard - 2 tsp
  • salt and pepper


  1. Pork rinse, cut into small pieces and beat with a hammer. I cut each piece into strips.
  2. Onions and mushrooms washed and finely chopped.
  3. I heat up some vegetable oil in a frying pan, add onions and mushrooms, and carcass for 20 minutes over low heat. After adding pepper, salt, mustard and mix.
  4. In another skillet, heat up some butter and fry the meat over high heat for 10 minutes. Pork salt and spread on a plate. In this case, make sure the oil is good glass.
  5. Add fried meat to mushrooms with onions and pour sour cream.
  6. Stir, cover the dishes with a lid and hold on the stove for about 3 minutes. After removing beef stroganoff from fire. Before serving, I decorate with greens.

  5. I add ginger, almonds and raisins to the sauce, bring it to the boil and boil for 2 minutes.
